International Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and clarity.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, and call handling time.

Fraud Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor, review, and analyze transactional data to detect potential fraudulent activities.
Investigate suspicious patterns and escalate cases based on fraud indicators.
Process customer reports of suspected fraud and provide solutions.
Maintain documentation of findings, actions, and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal risk & compliance teams for case handling.
Recommend process and system enhancements to reduce fraud risk.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and confidentiality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
in International Voice Process or Fraud Analysis.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong analytical thinking (for Fraud Analyst role).
Comfortable with
24/7 rotational shifts
.
Ability to handle high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
