International voice process

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic International Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our global clients. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication and quick resolution.
• Document call details and update CRM systems accurately.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and call handling protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and report any escalations or recurring issues.
• Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience in CRM or ticketing tools.
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts.

Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma (with relevant experience).

Salary Range:

• ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and communication skills).

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (US/UK/Australian process).
• Candidates with prior BPO or call center experience will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
