We are seeking a motivated International Sales Executive to handle outbound/inbound voice calls with overseas clients for promoting and selling coir-based products (Coir Pith, Coir Fibre, Grow Bags, etc.). The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills to drive international sales and expand market presence.

Eligibility:

• Age: 30–47 years.
• Willingness to work in international sales and travel abroad (Not Compulsory)
• Prior experience in coir/agro-product exports is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective international buyers and distributors.
• Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Present company’s coir products effectively, highlighting quality and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and order quantities with clients.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with interactions and sales status.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for timely delivery.
• Stay updated on international trade practices, export documentation, and market trends.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• International sales or BPO voice process experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coir products/agriculture/horticulture industry is an advantage.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and and Mail Communication.
• Goal-oriented with ability to handle pressure.
