Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.

  • Deliver consistent service quality and adhere to performance targets.

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Implement feedback and contribute to process improvements.


Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Positive attitude with the ability to handle pressure.

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

  • night/midnight shifts

  • Prior BPO/voice process experience is an advantage (not mandatory).


Specifications

  • Open to rotational shifts, staggered schedules, weekends, and 6-day work weeks if required.

  • 9 hours of productive call-handling per shift.

  • Work from Office (Malad & Thane locations only).
