International voice process

As an International Customer Support (Voice) representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients from different countries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO, preferably in a Voice process - Graduation or HS qualification with an English background - Strong English comprehension and communication skills in written, listening, and oral forms - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision - Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously - Flexible with shifts and willing to work in a rotational shift environment - Positive learning attitude and a team player mindset In addition to the above requirements, the company offers the following benefits: - Competitive salary package with statutory and other benefits - 5 days of working with fixed off on Saturdays and Sundays - 9 hours of rotational shift with transportation provided during odd hours - Full-time and permanent job types available Furthermore, you will be entitled to benefits such as paid sick time, provident fund, performance bonuses, and shift allowances.
