International voice process (Fresher Candidate)

Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Newtown
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze resumes, extracting relevant keywords based on organizational requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates from job boards and other platforms.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assess candidates’ suitability and complete required documentation.
• Keep applicants informed about their application status throughout the hiring process.
• Act as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Conduct initial communication with potential candidates and provide guidance on IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, while sharing insights into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
