International Voice Process Executive

As an International Voice Process Executive at Smart Lion, you will be responsible for providing technical support to international customers based in the UK. Your role will involve handling inbound technical queries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues over the phone, guiding customers to effective solutions, and documenting all customer interactions accurately. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through your professional support. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process. A 12th pass (HSC) education qualification is required. Your excellent verbal communication skills in English, coupled with your previous experience in technical/customer support voice roles, will be beneficial. You should also be comfortable working in UK shift timings. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Pune and Ahmedabad (Hybrid).
