Job Description

International Voice Process Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound/inbound international sales calls (US/UK/Australian markets)
  • Promote and sell products/services to international customers
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality
  • Accurately update customer information and call details in CRM
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance, and sales scripts
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum

    6 months to 3 years

    of experience in

    International Voice Sales

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in

    night/graveyard shifts

  • Strong listening and objection-handling skills
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO/KPO/Call Center international sales
  • Familiarity with US/UK accent and customer handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
