We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused International Voice Process Executive – Night Shift to handle client queries and provide exceptional support during night hours. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns efficiently via phone, email, and chat while maintaining high service standards and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This is an international voice process, candidate must be fluent in English.
· Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with empathy and efficiency.
· Adhere to the night shift schedule and demonstrate flexibility with shift timings when needed.
