International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
Document all customer interactions and follow up on open issues to ensure closure.
Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum
1 year of experience
in an
International Voice Process
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
and
rotational week-offs
.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad).
