Job description
Urgent Requirement for Customer Service -International Voice Process
Location: Hi-tech city, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Roles:
· Handle inbound calls for international customers
· Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice
· Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
· Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
· Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
Experienced Candidates must have minimum six months of experience preferably in International BPO, International Voice, US process, Process Associate, international process
Eligibility Criteria:
· Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English
· Comfortable working in rotational shifts or US shifts
