Job Description

International Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and resolution time

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 3 years of experience in an international voice process
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Ability to work night and graveyard shifts
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Willingness to work from Hyderabad office

Preferred Skills:

Experience in BPO/KPO or customer support for international clients
Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
Neutral accent and good listening skills
