Job Title: Quality Analyst -International Voice Process

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, or technical support
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance policies
Meet individual and team performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA, etc.)
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required

Eligibility / Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to understand international accents
Graduate or Undergraduate (as per process requirement)
Freshers or candidates with relevant BPO experience can apply
Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in international voice support (added advantage)
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
Active listening and empathy
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Work Conditions

5 days working with 2 week-offs
Night shifts (as per international time zones)
Work from Office
