Role Overview:

Customer Success Associates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers with professionalism.
  • Provide excellent customer support and technical troubleshooting assistance.
  • Ensure quick resolution of queries, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Adhere to process compliance, quality standards, and SLAs.
  • Work in collaboration with the operations team to deliver seamless support.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification:

    Graduate/Undergraduate (both eligible).
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    6 months of International Voice Process experience

    required.
  • Skillset:

    • Excellent verbal fluency and communication in English.
    • Technical troubleshooting experience is an added advantage.

    Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
