Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support over international voice channels.
  • Handle customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
  • Maintain high-quality communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Articulate, bright, curious, and passionate about customer service.
  • Minimum education: High School, Diploma, or Graduate.
  • Freshers or candidates with 6+ months experience in international voice support can apply.
  • Willingness to work night shifts with rotational offs.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: 2.9 LPA (for first 6 months) to 3.5 LPA.
  • Take-home pay: ?18,000 to ?21,000 per month.
  • After 3 months training, eligible for performance incentives ranging from ?2,750 to ?4,000.
  • Transport allowance between ?1,700 to ?3,500 per month (if not using company transport).

Interview Process:

  • Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
