Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and articulate professionals for our International Voice Process team. This role involves handling customer interactions, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain a calm and empathetic tone during challenging interactions
Meet or exceed KPIs such as call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to improve performance
Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism

Skills & Attributes

0 to 1 Year experience in BPO (Voice Process Preferred)
Fluent English proficiency with a neutral accent
Active listening to understand customer concerns clearly
Clear articulation and tone modulation for effective conversations
Empathy and patience to handle diverse customer moods
Stress management in high-pressure environments
Multitasking across systems and customer queries
Team collaboration and coordination with support departments
Goal orientation to meet KPIs like call resolution and CSAT scores
