Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in

    night shifts / rotational shifts

  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls from international clients
  • Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer records and update systems accurately
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to quality standards
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
