International Voice Process

Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Minimum 1 year experience is needed in International voice support.

  • Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer queries.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
  • Meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, etc.).
  • Work collaboratively with the team to improve service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience into International Voice process atleast 6 Months (BPO/KPO) is a plus.
