US Telecom Process
*US Telecom Process* (Verizon). The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international voice processes and a strong ability to upsell telecom products and services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for Verizon’s US Telecom customers.
- Identify opportunities to *upsell telecom products* and services to meet business targets.
- Excellent *verbal communication skills* in English.
- Strong *Upselling knowledge or Experience*
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (preferably telecom or sales ) To 1 year of on paper experience
- *No domestic process experience* will be considered.
- *Rotational shifts* (Night and Graveyard shifts)

Salary -
Freshers - *24k* in hand
6m - 1 year - *27k* in hand
1year + *32k* in hand
