Job Description International Customer Service BPO
Role: International Customer Service Associate BPO
Location: Bangalore (Virtual interviews available)
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
Maintain customer satisfaction with effective communication
Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation
Manage emails/chats/calls depending on process requirements
Ensure adherence to quality and service standards
Requirements:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Ability to provide international customer support ( BPO)
Any graduate / undergraduate with relevant skills
Freshers & experienced both can apply
