Job Summary

International Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries via voice (inbound/outbound calls).
Provide timely and accurate responses, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional communication and handle escalations effectively.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.
Meet performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer experience scores.
Collaborate with team leaders and support staff to resolve complex queries.
Stay updated with product knowledge and process updates.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in a BPO/KPO or international calling is a plus.
Flexibility to work in different time zones.
