Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Real Estate Pre-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience in real estate or BPO domain preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. (Kannada, Tamil & Telugu) will be added advantage. Comfortable with outbound calling. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage. Positive attitude, persuasive ability, and a customer-centric approach. Work Schedule: Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Week Off: Rotational offs between Monday to Thursday Weekend Attendance Mandatory (Friday to Sunday) Compensation: CTC: Upto ₹36,000 per month with PF Net Take-Home Salary: Upto ₹32,000 per month Benefits: Exposure to real estate industry pre-sales process Performance-based incentives (if applicable) Fast-growing team and career development opportunities
