Roles and Responsibilities Handle international calls from clients across various countries. Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client queries and concerns. Manage sales leads generated through outbound Make outbound international calls to potential clients based on assigned leads. Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities. Update CRM/database with accurate lead information and call outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead management. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with international clients. Ability to work on night shifts (US shift) with flexibility for weekend offs. Shift Timings:** 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (8 hours login time). Working Days:** 5 days a week, with Saturday and Sunday as fixed offs. Cab Facility:** On-site cab service provided for female employees within a 10 km radius from Day 1. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
