International Voice Customer Support

Experienced (Min 1 Yr in CS):

Key Responsibilities

Ensure eligibility by meeting minimum requirements (12th pass, excellent English communication & basic computer knowledge).
Handle customer queries through
calls, emails, and chat
with professionalism.
Provide
accurate product, service & policy information
to international clients.
Communicate
empathetically across time zones and cultural contexts

Use
CRM tools effectively
for issue resolution and documentation.
