Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Voice Customer Support Representative based in New Delhi. The role involves handling international customer inquiries over the phone, delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries effectively, and building customer relationships. Key responsibilities include providing accurate information, addressing customer issues, and escalating unresolved matters to the relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with international customers
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Experience or knowledge in Finance will be advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
