As a Tele Sales Caller Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to
potential customers and provide them with information about products or services, with the
goal of generating sales. You will be working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
environment, where you will be representing a client or multiple clients, depending on the
specific project.
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers based on assigned leads or lists.
2. Introduce and explain products or services to customers in a clear and compelling
manner.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet
their requirements.
4. Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and benefits of products or
services.
5. Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
