International Travel Consultant

The International Tour Consultant will be responsible for designing, customizing, and selling international travel packages to clients. The role involves understanding customer preferences, preparing tailor-made itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth travel experiences from inquiry to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
• Design customized international holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
• Communicate with international DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hotels, and service providers for quotations and confirmations.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and proposals professionally.
• Handle pre- and post-travel support, including coordination, documentation, and feedback collection.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with international travel trends, seasonal offers, and new destinations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international tour sales or travel consultancy.
• Strong destination knowledge (e.g., Europe, Maldives, Bali, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Attention to detail, time management, and customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
