The International Tour Consultant will be responsible for designing, customizing, and selling international travel packages to clients. The role involves understanding customer preferences, preparing tailor-made itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth travel experiences from inquiry to return. Key Responsibilities Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations. Design customized international holiday packages including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers. Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance. Communicate with international DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hotels, and service providers for quotations and confirmations. Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and proposals professionally. Handle pre- and post-travel support, including coordination, documentation, and feedback collection. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Stay updated with international travel trends, seasonal offers, and new destinations. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in international tour sales or travel consultancy. Strong destination knowledge (e.g., Europe, Maldives, Bali, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
