International Travel Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant - Holiday Packages at FlyTreat in New Delhi. The role involves managing travel arrangements, assisting with travel consulting, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Design customized international travel packages, including flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and visas.
• Provide expert guidance on destinations, travel routes, attractions, and local experiences.
• Handle end-to-end bookings.
• Manage changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel documentation for clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring excellent service and follow-ups.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an International Travel Consultant / Travel Executive.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations (e.g., Europe, USA, Maldives, Mauritius, Dubai, Southeast Asia, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and online booking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
