Lead Verification Exective

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Verification Executive who will be responsible for validating and qualifying leads to ensure accuracy before they are passed on to the sales/operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a certificate or diploma course in the travel industry or have undergone a related internship, and are eager to start their career in the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and verify leads received through various sources (calls, emails, website, campaigns).
• Check the accuracy of customer details and travel requirements.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before forwarding them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead records.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain engagement with potential customers.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related internship experience.
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of travel industry processes (ticketing, packages, destinations) preferred.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
