Job Description

As a Sales Executive for our company, your role will involve promoting and selling both domestic and international holiday packages. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and offering suitable travel plans. Your duties will also include responding to inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will need to create customized itineraries and quotes based on customer preferences and budgets, follow up with leads to meet monthly targets, and nurture strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. It will be essential for you to stay updated on travel trends, destinations, pricing, and competitor offerings. You will collaborate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
