Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Ticketing Consultant based in Ahmedabad. The job includes handling client requests for international travel, booking and issuing air tickets, and helping with itinerary planning or changes. The consultant must work accurately and efficiently with ticketing systems, coordinate with travel agents and suppliers, and provide excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus for booking and issuing international flight tickets
• Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, fare calculations, and visa requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality customer service
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to handle itinerary changes and resolve ticketing issues
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is advantageous
• Relevant certifications or a degree in travel and tourism management is preferred
