The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, building client relationships, and expanding our global market presence, particularly in the US regions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients through various online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline for IT services. Communicate effectively with international clients via calls, emails, and chats. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to understand client requirements. Maintain CRM records and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills. Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
