Sales and lead generation: Promoting products or services, generating sales leads, and persuading customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Information and support: Providing detailed information about products or services, resolving customer issues, and addressing complaints. Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, conversations, and sales leads. Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction. Documentation: Creating and maintaining necessary paperwork or documentation based on telecalling conversations. Required skills and qualifications Communication: Exceptional oral communication and listening skills are essential. Persuasion: A persuasive and confident approach is necessary for sales-oriented roles. Problem-solving: The ability to effectively handle and resolve customer issues and complaints.
