As a Tele Marketing Executive based in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in our team by utilizing your experience in international sales calling to connect with potential customers during night shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Making outbound international sales calls to prospective customers. - Clearly and professionally explaining and promoting products or services. - Meeting daily and monthly sales targets. - Maintaining accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up records. - Responding to customer inquiries effectively and providing appropriate solutions. - Building strong, long-term customer relationships. - Collaborating closely with the sales team to support business growth. - Adhering to scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales calling. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales. - Strong listening skills and a customer-focused approach. - Comfortable working in graveyard/night shifts. - Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools. - Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
