International Technical Voice Process Technical Support Executive

Freshers are not eligible

Salary Package:

Shift Timings:

Rotational Shifts

International Technical Voice Process Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
inbound international technical support calls
Troubleshoot issues related to
hardware, software, OS, applications, and networks
Assist customers with installation, configuration, and usage of products/services
Provide step-by-step technical guidance in a clear and professional manner
Ensure
First Call Resolution (FCR)
and high customer satisfaction
Maintain data security and confidentiality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent
verbal communication skills in English
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle international customers professionally
Willingness to work in
night shifts / rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience in
International Technical Voice /
is an advantage
