Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 6, 7 simultaneous chats, emails, and callbacks
  • Provide technical support to international clients
  • Troubleshoot hardware, laptop, and connectivity issues
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of queries
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction across all support channels

Eligibility Criteria

  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting, hardware, and laptops
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a blended international process
