As an Inbound Technical Support Executive at Adeeba E Services, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers during US Shift (Night Shift). Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound calls related to troubleshooting technical issues such as Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, and I-pad. It is essential to have 1 or 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in an International BPO setting. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to independently resolve customer issues. Being able to close calls efficiently is a key requirement for this position. Additionally, you must be comfortable working night shifts and have a proactive approach to resolving technical problems accurately. In return, we offer a negotiable salary based on your experience and previous/current CTC, along with attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferable.
