International Tax Advisory - Consultant / Senior Consultant - Kuwait

As a Consultant in the International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) practice at EY, you will have the exciting opportunity to advise various clients on regional and international tax implications. Your role will focus on international tax matters such as permanent establishment, double taxation, tax structuring, and corporate tax impact assessments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the successful delivery of technically complex international tax engagements with a focus on maximizing client service quality. - Manage leads and opportunities from various areas of the tax practice and the wider EY network. - Contribute to the development of the practice through internal training, developing precedents, sharing know-how, and participating in team and firm events. - Deliver internal and external presentations and produce expert articles for publications. **Skills and Attributes for Success:** - Client-driven approach with strong commercial and strategic awareness. - Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate project teams. - Strong technical knowledge of international tax topics and understanding of relevant tax laws and codes. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Tax, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 3+ years of client-facing international tax advisory experience. - Broad exposure to international taxation focusing on inbound and outbound investments. - Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience in team management and mentoring junior team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional qualification such as ADIT, ATT, ACCA, CPA, CA, or LLB, or relevant Master's degree. - Advanced knowledge or specialization in a specific area of international tax. - Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.
