· Qualify leads by capturing student background, interest in programs, and readiness to apply.
· Guide students through the admissions process: Application → Deposit.
· Consistently follow up with students and recruiters to push cases toward conversion.
· Clearly explain programs, scholarships, fee structures, and admissions requirements.
· Record all conversations and lead updates in CRM/HubSpot trackers.
· Collaborate with Recruitment Advisors to secure deposits.
· Strong communication skills in English
· Target-driven and resilient with proven ability to hit high call volumes.
· Confident in building rapport and handling objections.
· Familiarity with student recruitment processes and agent networks is a plus.
· Basic skills in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
· Minimum 1–2 years of tele sales / tele calling experience, preferably in education, EdTech, or recruitment.
