As a Client Acquisition Executive at our company, your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new clients and addressing any grievances they may have. You will be responsible for educating clients on trading strategies, company terms, and market risks through various communication channels such as telephonic, visual, and text conversations. It will be essential to generate prospects daily and conduct risk profile management and trading strategy sessions with clients. Collaboration with the digital marketing and research team will be necessary to provide the best service to clients. Staying informed about the global market and current affairs will also be crucial to effectively serve investors and traders. Meeting monthly targets through client acquisition for lead generation will be a key performance indicator. We are looking for a candidate who is a minimum graduate or post-graduate with a talkative, enthusiastic, and innovative personality. Knowledge of the global market, specifically Forex and Comex, is required. Excellent English communication skills and a background in sales and marketing are essential. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, a responsible team player, and possess exceptional relationship management skills. Experience in international sales, marketing, global market, or financial services will be preferred.
