Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement international sales strategies: This includes identifying target markets, developing sales plans, and executing strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing ones. Build and maintain relationships: Fostering strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders is crucial for successful international sales. Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, and ensuring alignment with company objectives are key. Understand international market dynamics: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in different countries is essential. Manage export operations: This includes knowledge of trade regulations, documentation, and international shipping processes. Collaborate with internal teams: Working closely with marketing, supply chain, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company is a core responsibility. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international sales, with a preference for experience in the FMCG or food/agriculture sector. Knowledge: Understanding of international market dynamics, trade regulations, and international shipping practices. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as well as strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
