Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from international regions Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services effectively Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales over the phone Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools Handle objections professionally and convert interest into sales Provide excellent post-sale customer support and build long-term customer relationships Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends Required Skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales aptitude with persuasive and negotiation skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection Confidence to work in a target-driven environment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and sales tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred is must Prior experience in international B2C or B2B sales is an advantage Willingness to work night shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Application Question(s): What is your Current/Last monthly salary?
