Objective:

To contribute to the strategic goals of the company while aligning with its vision and mission, ensuring growth through structured sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Development

• Identify potential industries and companies for business development
• Document product-specific requirements from potential clients
• Support execution of online marketing activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)

2. Sales Process Management

• Generate and track customer enquiries
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations
• Maintain records of customer interactions and communications
• Review incoming customer orders for accuracy and feasibility

3. Commercial Documentation

• Maintain quotation logs and approval status
• Update costing sheets regularly with support from the accounts/production team

4. Factory & Internal Coordination

• Track and coordinate customer samples and feedback
• Monitor order processing and dispatch in coordination with the factory
• Ensure timely delivery and dispatch communication

5. Customer Visits & Support

• Visit customers as needed for relationship building, feedback, or issue resolution
• Track customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up
• Ensure all required customer documentation is completed and closed on time

6. Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain sales and follow-up reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Analyze follow-up trends and customer responsiveness

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (B2B/industrial sales preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Basic understanding of commercial documents and costing

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
