Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Development Identify potential industries and companies for business development Document product-specific requirements from potential clients Support execution of online marketing activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) 2. Sales Process Management Generate and track customer enquiries Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations Maintain records of customer interactions and communications Review incoming customer orders for accuracy and feasibility 3. Commercial Documentation Maintain quotation logs and approval status Update costing sheets regularly with support from the accounts/production team 4. Factory & Internal Coordination Track and coordinate customer samples and feedback Monitor order processing and dispatch in coordination with the factory Ensure timely delivery and dispatch communication 5. Customer Visits & Support Visit customers as needed for relationship building, feedback, or issue resolution Track customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up Ensure all required customer documentation is completed and closed on time 6. Reporting & Analysis Maintain sales and follow-up reports (daily/weekly/monthly) Analyze follow-up trends and customer responsiveness 7. Revenue & Target Achievement Work towards achieving total sales targets Track revenue based on product category and customer segments 8. Payment Collections Follow up with customers for due/outstanding payments Coordinate with accounts to ensure timely collections Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience (B2B/industrial sales preferred) Strong communication and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication Basic understanding of commercial documents and costing Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
