International Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon / Noida

Shift Timings: Day & Night Shifts (Flexible)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven International Sales Executives to join our fast-growing sales team. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. This role involves handling outbound international calls, converting leads, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with international customers via calls/emails to understand their requirements.

Promote products/services and convert leads into successful sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential leads.

Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Collaborate with team leaders and managers to improve sales performance.

Work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) based on business requirements.

Key Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.

Prior experience in international sales or BPO is preferred but not mandatory freshers can also apply with good command over language.

Comfortable working in flexible shifts (both day and night).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade and negotiate.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational week offs.

Immediate joiners preferred or those with short notice.
