Position: Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: - Document and manage leads efficiently and in a timely manner using Excel to convert them into sales with a top-tier conversion rate. - Engage with home/business owners based on the leads provided to understand customer needs and provide them with a custom solar solution. - Schedule site inspection appointments as needed. - Draft and administer quotes to customers and follow up promptly. - Understand market trends and customer pulse to strategize sales techniques to combat market dynamics. Requirements: - Experience in international sales processes. - English fluency in both verbal and written communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Emotional intelligence to tackle challenges and turn them into opportunities. - Excellent communication skills. - Desire to learn, grow, and succeed. - Ability to listen and articulate responses to customers. - Desire to be a key contributor to the Fritts team.
