International Sales Executive Experience: 0-2 Years Salary-18-25k+Incentives Location: New Delhi Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated International Sales Executive to handle international client acquisition (primarily US market). The role involves lead generation, cold calling, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with night shifts and have excellent spoken English. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology/IT sector through research, networking, and lead generation . Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email campaigns and networking . Handle outbound calls to US-based prospects. Identify, target, and convert high-value US-based business clients . Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, explain the services and propose solutions that align with their business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Manage the sales pipeline , tracking leads through various stages of the sales process, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure new business deals. Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales . Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Experience in cold calling / US process / international lead generation. Prior experience selling to US-based clients , preferably in technology or digital services . Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with CRM systems to manage lead s and sales activities . Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
