We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced International Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, proficiency in Spanish language (speaking, writing, and reading), and knowledge of import/export.

Roles and Responsibility

Align and facilitate the sales team to drive sales KRsAs.
Manage client relationships, handle grievances, and deliver quick resolutions.
Update all contact information of clients and respond promptly to emails, texts, and phone calls from clients/stakeholders.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and follow up with customers to understand their satisfaction levels regarding products and services.
Maintain cross-functional alignment in the best interest of the organization and coordinate travel and accommodations for the sales team.
Maintain MIS and other required reports of the sales team.
