Key Responsibilities:

Lead the transition from private label to own brand across international markets.
Shift business operations from credit-based to cash-based transactions, ensuring healthy financial discipline.
Expand business presence in key markets including GCC/Middle East, and other emerging & New Regions.
Build scalable and profitable distribution networks and partnerships across General Trade, Modern Trade, and HORECA segments.
Create a robust value chain in Modern Trade by strengthening partnerships, visibility, and in- store brand presence.
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer demand.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Desired Profile:

MBA in International Business / Marketing preferred.
10+ years of experience in FMCG or food exports.
Proven track record in international market development, brand transition, and distributor management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
